Appropriately enough Jackie is Ranked #42 in Joe Posnanski's "Baseball 100" on The Athletic. It's behind a paywall but I find it's well worth the simoleons to subscribe as there's a lot of good stuff there. Anyway, I didn't realize what a poor baseball player Jackie was at UCLA, he hit only .097 for his college career!
