Naquin went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Thursday's win over the Guardians.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Annie Sabo of Bally Sports Ohio noted on the postgame show that Naquin has hit five home runs in eight games against his former team since leaving Cleveland. Naquin is riding a hot streak and has his overall OPS up to .802 after Thursday's performance. He could move up to a more prominent spot in the order, especially with TJ Friedl struggling.

Naquin will bat second against right-handers to begin the season, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: With the Reds losing Jesse Winker and Nick Castellanos from the lineup, Naquin will be asked to take on a much bigger role. He should benefit from batting directly in front of Joey Votto.

There are things not to like. The power fell off in the second half, but he posted a super-high BABIP (and BA). He was terrible against lefties. He's old and coming off a career year no matter how you define it. But I took my pan too far. A bid of $10 or $11 seems about right. If he beats that he makes my projection look good, though it feels to me like it's overshooting.
