You have to consider that the NL team that switched over was the Astros ... which probably sucked, what, $40 total out of the offensive pool?

12 teams Jerome. Based on the prices Freeman went for in CBS and LABR ($27 and $25), $30 is an okay price with 27 percent inflation.

Well, I've been coming here for years, and suddenly I have a simple question: Are the regular 4x4 AP prices based on a 12-team league or a 13-team league. We are in a 13-team league, and I am trying to decide whether to keep my $30 Freddie Freeman (I already have a good value Belt and Rizzo, so he would be my 3rd first baseman, clogging my utility for the season). My inflation calculation is 27%, compared to 23% last year -- that seems like it could be a reasonable Astros impact. The 12-team 13-team answer would obviously impact my inflation calculation.

I was expecting updates on this link for NL LABR, but I'm not seeing them:

Maybe not until the auction is over?

I agree Rotoman. One thing I didn't like about CBS having a later auction date is that it's too close to LABR...although that will be interesting as well.

For those who are wondering when teams start to assign people to minor league camp (I always do), last year that started on March 10th/11th although some teams held off on their first round until the 15th.

I think there's a great logic evolving out of the CBS, LABR, TOUT sequence. There's more news in the league that drafts closest to your draft date, and apart from catastrophic injuries, the prices as they average across the group can be considered solid.

I asked Scott White to add me to Paul Sporer's team as an owner and he let me do so.

CBS could do a better job of promoting this. Their auction is before LABRs, and people really ARE interested.
