Maybe the 2019 White Sox will be like the 2015 Royals and populate the world with closers. Not only did they have Holland, Wade Davis, and Herrera, they also had Ryan Madson.

I have Giolito and Kopech...I still think Kopech would be perfect in the closer role.

Giolito will be a terrific closer. He can be dominant for an inning at a time. He will just need a lot of time to get loose.

It's in a League all onto itself, Eugene. Clippard, who has been horrible, and a cast of whomever? Maybe they'll bring up Fullmer or Lopez and give them some innings in the pen.

They did just trade their two best relievers. Pretty much any bullpen that gives up its two best is going to be a train wreck. I can't imagine how bad the White Sox bullpen will be moving forward.

The walk was one of the worst I've ever seen. Three consecutive pitches over, and I mean directly over, Donaldson's head. The two homers were grooved straight fastballs. They gave Treinen a shot today and he gave up a monster shot to Morales, his second of the day. Maybe Dull will get the next opp?

Sixth blown save, the one last night in Toronto as bad as it can get. A walk, a homer to tie the game, another to end it. In five games Post All-Star, he's one for three in save ops with a 12.27 ERA.
