Easy to swing and miss at wild pitches. (That's not fair, but having him in two leagues there is  concern.)

Finally got his swing and miss stuff going tonight.

Nice. I did a few just now. I'll work on it bit by bit.

Thanks.

Here's a quick way to get a full list of players (like Robbie Ray) who have last year's stats duplicated.

Go to Stats tab, Choose Current, Sort Descending on 5x5 .... I think we can easily say that anyone above $10 has some last years stats. Likewise and IP (pitchers) or AB (hitters) descending would give you a big list.

He's  a Pan for me except for the Ks.  Had the 2nd highest strand rate of all time in one season(min 120 IP). I doubt he'll sustain that LD%. Even though his HH% dropped....so did his Soft Hit%.

It's all about the walk rate with these guys. Obviously swarthy, too many walks hurts. Trevor Bauer has the same profile, apart from the choking part. Can Robbie sustain it? Who knows? But he can do it, which not many can, so he's worth betting on.

More fastballs, faster fastballs, slower exit velocity, few hard hits, fewer barrels, fewer fly balls reaching the seats... it all adds up. Especially when your BB/9 jumps from terrible to pretty good.
