Furthermore, of his 46 hits, 26 hits are extra base hits. More than half!

Not only is Pablo putting up big numbers as a non starter, he's putting up the biggest numbers on the team.

He's tied with Pillar and Belt for the most homers (10), but has far and away the best OPS (.879) if you don't count the eight games Alex Dickerson has played.

The team OPS is .663, 29th in the majors (ahead of the Marlins).

The Giants are 28th in runs scored (ahead of the Marlins and Tigers).

After 81 games, their record in 35-46. Only the Marlins (31-49) have a worse record in the National League at the halfway point.

On every team a little sun must shine: Panda is slashing .353/.421/.824 over the last seven days. He played first and batted cleanup yesterday, doubling home a run in the first inning and making solid contact in each AB.

A fun day for the Panda ... hit a HR ... stole a base ... pitched an inning to the minimum of batters (hit a guy, but then DP'd him :-)) ... has a career ERA = 0.00 ... just sayin'.

Any truth to rumor that SF is having a "Let Pablo Pitch" bobble head give a away in the next home stand?
