Pablo Sandoval (3B) SF - Jun. 22

https://www.rotowire.com/baseball/player.php?id=741374

Sandoval (elbow) will likely be cleared to play first base and third base to begin the 2020 season, Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic reports.

ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Sandoval had made successful progress in his recovery from Tommy John surgery during the offseason and got some work as the designated hitter in spring training, but he'll likely be able to get more opportunities to play once the season gets underway. The veteran hit .268/.313/.507 with 14 home runs and 41 RBI last year and will likely compete for playing time with Evan Longoria.
