I doubt that. But if you're betting on talent Ron is right. If you're betting on how weird the voting can be, Harold might be right. (I like both Mikolas and Paxton, but the former was never dominant and the latter has lost his dominance. If either is in CY contention it's because they know how to get by. Both can, but it's hard not to like stuff.)

Miles Mikolas (P) STL - Feb. 26
Mikolas signed a four-year, $68 million extension with the Cardinals on Tuesday, Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: After impressing in his first season with St. Louis, the Cardinals decided to lock up Mikolas -- who was originally set to become a free agent after the 2019 campaign -- through 2023, rewarding him with a nice raise in the process.
