I'm working on Big Prices for the Guide. Today I have Marwin Gonzalez with a price of $11. What do you think?

Yes, the Astros. But didn't that seem like a crazy thing to do in that situation -- tell your batter to put down a suicide squeeze with the score tied, less than two outs, after he had failed on his first bunt attempt and taken a called strike two?

I had five starting pitchers going today. One of them was Giolito. He was the only one left standing when I tuned in.

Maybe if I had stayed away.

I presume you refer to the Astros, not Marwin, Alex.  Because Marwin is most certainly not going good.  Enter Mr. Tucker.  What a boon if he can contribute this year and into the playoffs.

When you're going good you can do no wrong. Astros beat the White Sox 2-1 -- and sweep the season series -- with the winning run coming when  Marwin puts down a perfect bunt in the eighth for a suicide squeeze on an 0-2 pitch. If Giolito sees the runner breaking from third, he just needs to throw a fastball up and away for an easy out.

If you bought into his 2017, he's an excellent buy low candidate. Even if he only returns to 2015 and 2016 levels, he's a good buy low candidate.

How valuable is Marwin? He's the starting first baseman until Gurriel returns, the 'Stros are going with a three-man bench, and not one of them is a middle infielder.

Spoke too soon.  Gurriel is going on the 10-day DL now that his suspension is over.

It must be nice. Gurriel is suspended, use Marwin Gonzalez at 1B. Correa hurts his foot, use Marwin Gonzalez at SS.  You have to wonder if he's just going to float around the field all season whenever someone has a twinge.

With Gurriel's injury, Marwin has found his April full-time ABs without having to play too many different positions.  Sure, they'll probably carry another 1B, but I'm guessing Marwin goes to 1B and Fisher/Marisnick play LF.
