Yes, I did, and have made the change. Thanks.

I'm guessing you mean "2021" rather than "2020"? I suspect it will be a rare reason to compare ANYTHING to 2020 as the years go by.

Another surprising stat that Ron Shandler notices in his essay in the new Baseball Forecaster: more pitchers won 15 or more games this year, many more.

Fourteen, all told, compared to five in 2021.

Sixty-three pitchers won at least 10 games, compared to 54 in 2021.

A big change, but still not a lot of pitchers who won in double digits. As recently as 2014, 25 pitchers won at least 15 games, 83 won at least ten.

The survey begins in 2013; I wish it went back further.

Win No. 12 with six solid innings against the Dodgers. Seven hits, no walks, six strikeouts. two earned runs. Final score: hated visitors 7, beloved locals 4.

51,887 watching at least some of this in Dodger Stadium on Labor Day. Time of game: 3:01.

Rotoworld:

07.23: Logan Webb allowed one run over six innings with two strikeouts in a no-decision against the Dodgers on Friday. (Webb
was fortunate to come away with just one run allowed against a
dangerous Dodgers lineup as he issued four free passes, throwing
63-of-103 pitches for strikes. The one run he allowed would come in on a bases loaded walk in the first inning. The 25-year-old right-hander
will take an excellent 2.77 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, and 103 strikeouts across
123 2/3 innings into a matchup against the Diamondbacks in Arizona on
Wednesday.)

Logan Webb (P) SF - May. 30
https://www.rotowire.com/baseball/player.php?id=13478

Webb tossed eight innings, giving up three runs on four hits while striking out 10 in the victory over the Phillies on Monday. He did not factor into the decision.

ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Webb was unable to limit the homers in this one, giving up three solo shots and tarnishing what was an almost perfect performance. Most notably, he entered the ninth inning with a 3-2 lead, but he allowed a game-tying home run to Kyle Schwarber to open the inning and was forced out of the contest. The 10 strikeouts were a season high for the right-hander and he has now given up three or fewer runs in four straight starts and all but one of his 10 outings in 2022.

Win No. 5 last night, going six innings against the Cardinals, allowing three singles, walking three and striking out one. The three relievers who followed him allowed three hits, one run and struck out no one. Arenado was the only Cardinal who didn't put the ball in play (or get a walk).

Fell behind 2-0 in the third, went ahead 4-2 in the fifth, saw the lead shrink to 4-3 in the sixth, then breathed easy and took a seat after his teammates tallied four in the bottom of the sixth. Six innings, 11 hits, no homers, one walk, three punchouts. Win No. 3.
