I'm working on Big Prices for the Guide. Today I have Kyle Seager with a price of $15. What do you think?

According to ESPN, through July 9 teams had shifted against Seager in 69.4 percent of his AB, during which he batted .235.

Things obviously went downhill from there.

It looks like Seager has played with his swing during the offseason, trying to get more launch into it. The tell-tale flattened bat.

Oh. And Colin hoped to fix the stat feed this weekend.

With inflation, $20 is a great price. Especially if Peter's right with his batting average projection.

We've taken the 2017 projections down. Colin will fix the stat feed later this week.

An odd moment early in our auction (4x4; 12 teams; AL-only).  We had the topper; he went to $19, and the room went silent.   Ours.  There was some, "Come on!" in the room, but nobody bid.

Peter's projection for him was dead on -- I mean, dead on -- except for the batting average. And we know the way that can bounce around.

Paid $18 for him in CBS. He'll play unless he gets hurt (which he almost never does) and 2017 is probably the floor. 25 home runs, 75 runs, and 85 RBI from my corner infielder in an AL-only will play.
