Pirates are giving him a '3 day break'. That's the baseball equivalent of "I just think we need to take a break" During this break, Kang will not be allowed to play ball with any other team, unlike Ross from 'Friends'.

Currently (as of this typing) has just two more hits than Chris Davis this season.

Dreadful start here, losing PT to Moran. Maybe it’s time to start boozing again.

Jung Ho Kang (3B) PIT - Apr. 12

Kang went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts against the Cubs on Thursday.

ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: He was lifted in the ninth inning in favor of pinch hitter Colin Moran against right-handed closer Pedro Strop. Kang's batting average is down to .121 and he has one hit in his last 20 at-bats.

Hit No. 7 today. I'm thinking it's another inspired pick by Rotoman in the XFL March draft. Anyone can pick Vladdy Jr. and Wander Franco and everyone does. Two other players on our current roster who Peter claimed in the reserve draft when they were non-rookie free agents (the XFL is a mixed league, obviously): Gary Sanchez and Trevor Story.

Bids are too low, we can spare a sawbuck for Kang can't we? 2016 looks mighty appealing. Roster Resource has Kang batting 4th.

Pirates had him playing SS today ... with Moran at 3B.  So there may be more PT to go around between Bell, Moran and Kang if they get comfortable with Kang's SS defense.

Oh - and also a couple hits in his first two ABs, one that almost cleared the fence.

I would suggest a full time Chauffeur.

The trick being to remember that he's supposed to use an Uber when he's sauced. Maybe "just use Ubers" is the right answer -- no driving in the US.

Hopefully one of his contract clauses involves him using an Uber when he is sauced.

Right you are! I bumped Kang up to 400 AB and a price of $11, and Moran down to $5.
