I agree with you totally, Peter, and so well said. Much to do about nothing in making that change, IMO.

I'm down with this. It is the Disabled List. Players who can't play because they're disabled. Plenty of players who are injured continue to play, because they're not disabled.

Handicapped people don't like the word disabled just because they have a handicap doesn't mean they're not capable of doing many things. Understood. But the DL is for baseball players who are unable to play. It's a totally different thing.

Lets just keep calling it the DL, because it took me about 10 minutes to figure you you didn't mean International League.

Seems likely to start the season on the IL.  And given last year's performance, should come cheaper than $7.

Got three years left on the last big contract, and he's not going anywhere.  He won us a title off the FAAB in 2014.
