Cavan Biggio (3B) TOR - Jun. 24
https://www.rotowire.com/baseball/player.php?id=12992
Biggio went 2-for-2 with a solo home run, two walks and two total runs scored in Friday's 9-4 win over the Brewers.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Biggio padded the Blue Jays' lead with his seventh-inning solo shot. While he's struggled to produce at the plate, there's been signs of life lately for the infielder, as he's gone 5-for-7 across his last three games with both of his homers on the year in that span. He's lifted his slash line to .220/.373/.390 with 10 RBI, 14 runs scored and a stolen base through 103 plate appearances.

Biggio was placed on the COVID-19 injured list Monday.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: General manager Ross Atkins announced earlier Monday that Biggio was experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, so it's not a surprise to see him headed to the injured list.

Cavan Biggio (3B) TOR - Mar. 21

Biggio is making his way back from a sprained left elbow but will return to game action soon, Mitch Bannon of SI.com reports.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Biggio suffered the injury over the offseason, but he'll still be able to get close to a full Grapefruit League schedule in if he makes it back soon, so his readiness for Opening Day doesn't appear to be seriously threatened.

Rotowire projects him to bat seventh against both RHP and LHP.
Most recent comment:
Biggio missed almost all of August and September while battling elbow, back and neck issues, but he's ready to go for the final week of the season. It's unclear how often he'll be in the starting lineup, but the fact that it's Santiago Espinal who will get the nod at third base even with righty Jameson Taillon taking the hill for Yankees could be significant.
