The Patton & Co. NL CBS Expert League team moved into second place this week, much in part to Car-Go's recent resurgence.

I wish I had this production early in the season...but better late than never.

Rox fans are looking for a reprise of 2015, just starting a little later...

Reminder from the Denver Post...

"Gonzalez has been in an early-season funk before, and we’ve seen him pull out of it quickly and become a potent offensive force. On May 13, 2015, Gonzalez was batting .188 with two homers and a .245 on-base percentage. By the end of May, he was hitting .219 with just four homers.

Then came June: .280 average, six homers, 15 RBIs.  And July: .386 average, 11 homers, 24 RBIs. By season’s end, Gonzalez hit .271 with 40 homers and 97 RBIs and won a Silver Slugger award."

Anyone heard a plausible theory on Cargo's demise?  Seems inexplicable.

Who could have guessed that Paul DeJong would be far more valuable than Cargo?  Here is hoping for a huge second half.

According to our G/L/F he's the same hitter he was last year. Statcast says otherwise.

Our link is wrong, so here are his current averages.

Exit velocity: 86.71

Distance: 174.69

Generated velocity: -2.01

Launch angle: 7.91

Height 34.62

C'mon BABIP, help a brother out.

Arguably the biggest fantasy disappointment over the first two months of the season.

I did not see this coming in a contract season, for sure.

Two Cargos merged; now showing his 2017 stats.

Rotoman's projection seems to have been lost in the shuffle.
