Like Trout in the AL, Harper took a bit of a pay cut today. He's earning $3 less in 4x4 and $1 less in 5x5 than we were showing his 2015 stats to be worth yesterday.
The values yesterday were being generated by the 2014 formulas. Today they are based on the revised average hitters in both leagues.

Some interesting sub 100 RBI seasons all batting title qualifiers
Ted Williams 1957 .388/,526/.731 132G 38HR Led league in all 3 slash categories.
Rogers Hornsby 1924 .424/.507/.696 227H 43 2b led the league in all 5 of these plus 143G and 25HR and 1928 .387/.498/.632 42 2b 140G 21HR led in all 3 slash categories.
Barry Bonds 2003 .341/.529/.749 130G 45HR highest slug% ever for a batting title qualifier that didn't have 100 RBI.
Larry Walker 1998 .363/.445/.630 130G 46 2b 23HR and only 69 RBI playing in Coors won batting title.
Mickey Mantle 1955 .306/.431/.611 147G 37HR led league in OB% Slug% HR and triples(11).
In the 1957 Mays season that Peter mentioned he led the league with 20 triples.

How about SLG >.600 and 150+G? Three.
Harper of course, and Willie Mays in 1957 and Todd Helton in 2004.

At least he ends up with black ink, albeit shared, in the home run column.
Would have been very strange to see black ink in two of the Triple Crown categories and under 100 RBI in the third. I leave it to LVW to tell us if anyone's ever had a .649 slugging average (more or less) in 150 games (more or less) and not knocked in 100 runs.

One RBI short of 100, tied for the home run lead, .0001 ahead in the batting race... for sure he's not sitting this one out.

I did not know this ...
the San Diego Padres tried this same deal back in 2014 and none of the ONE THOUSAND fans that tried their hand at it were able to go yard
... how long would that have taken? 100/hour would have been 10 hours? Wonder who came closest? I'm not finding any info ...
