I'm working on Big Prices for the Guide. Today I have Bo Bichette with a price of $1. What do you think?

Bummer.

Bo Bichette (SS) TOR - Oct. 1

Bichette has been removed from the Arizona Fall League roster due to minor elbow and knee soreness, John Lott of The Athletic reports.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: It sounds like he is dealing with some nagging injuries afterplaying 131 games for Double-A New Hampshire this season. He will take advantage of a lengthy layoff to rest up before making his Triple-A debut in April. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. figures to beat Bichette to Toronto, but it's possible we see both of the organization's top prospects reach the majors at some point in 2019.

Bo played SS the first half of the game for the USA Futures Team.  He looked undersized during introductions with players next to him towering over him.  He also has a small head, or perhaps its the mullet that makes it look small.  Either way, he looked about 5'9" or 10" not his listed 6.'  He went back on a Texas Leaguer very smoothly and caught it easily.  Off the bat, I thought it would fall in.  Based upon his size and presence, I can see why they think he will move over to 2B eventually.  He also didn't stand out offensively in his time at the plate.

It actually seemed that all of the higher ranked prospects (except Trammell) struggled at the dish.  Tatis, Bichette, Rodgers, Adell (except for his double), Jesus Sanchez all had underwhelming days at the plate compared to less heralded Diaz, Matias, Alonso, Hays, Kiriloff (who looked really impressive without a HR), and Basabe.

He homered yesterday, and has 10 steals so far in AA.

20 BB in 42 games, so not bad for a 20-year old.

And his dad was a pretty good MLB player so bloodlines...

Bo Bichette, Blue Jays, SS. Bichette hit his first Double-A home run last night, ending a surprising power drought.

I am in NYC, but will be in Washington State visiting a son in late May. I'd like to say I'll get to a game at Safeco, but the son lives on San Juan Island, so I don't think so.

Let us know how Bo looks. Unlike Slyke, I can't wait around forever. I need Bo to be the man next year. A September call-up would be nice.

Vermont.  So it's an easy hike, maybe an hour and 15.  I usually make it once a year.

But I've done the NJ drive to NH more times than I can count (you're in NYC, right?) and it's 4.5/5 hrs depending on how much you obey the speed limit.

Where do you live, Mike?

That's awesome, Mike. We want a complete scouting report!

As a Bichette owner, I am most interested in Dante's boy. :)

I'm heading down Weds May 30, if there are any other PCLers who've been itching to see New Hampshire.  Alex, it's a lovely drive.

Okay, most of it isn't lovely.  But the park is nice.
