That's about where I have him too. The bids in 2020 and 2021 were probably too robust expecting a repeat of 2019 so the injury corrects the market in its way.

I want to see how ZiPS and Pecota come in for him, but I expect him to be around $20-25 raw in my system. I know that's a relatively wide range, but it will depend on where I peg the ABs. I'll probably set it at 450 to be safe for an upside.

I'd love to see an update to the XFL auction if you get a chance? I know you're phi slamma jamma working on the 2022 guide.

I think if he's healthy there's no reason to think he won't repeat 2020, hopefully for 145 games or so. He says he's healthy. That's the safe course.

Really a head scratcher for me in terms of how to value him in 2022.

Anthony Rendon (3B) ANA - Nov. 02
https://www.rotowire.com/baseball/player.php?id=811342
Rendon (hip) expects to be ready for the start of spring training next year, the third baseman told MLB Network Radio on SiriusXM on Tuesday.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: Rendon battled multiple injuries last season, hitting a modest .240/.329/.382 in 58 games before eventually undergoing hip surgery in August. Assuming he is indeed 100 percent for the start of next season, he'll have plenty of fantasy upside, as he produced a wRC+ of 140 or better in each season from 2017 to 2020. That said, he'll also be heading into his age-32 season and hasn't reached 150 games in a season since 2016.

Anthony Rendon (3B) ANA - Aug. 02
https://www.rotowire.com/baseball/player.php?id=796478
Rendon (hamstring) has not restarted baseball activities and remains without a timetable for a return, per MLB.com.
ROTOWIRE RECOMMENDS: The third baseman is coming up on a month since he last saw game action, but he "hasn't made any noticeable strides in his recovery to the point where he could take the next step in his rehab." According to the Associated Press, Rendon has been putting in work in the training and weight rooms, though that doesn't give much indication about the status of his injured left hamstring. Jeff Fletcher of The Orange Country Register notes that in a conversation with Angels manager Joe Maddon, Rendon didn't seem optimistic about his recovery.
