Andres Gimenez, SS, Mets. Gimenez collected three hits in five at-bats for Double-A Binghamton. The Mets’ top prospect had two singles and a double while coming around to score twice. It was his third straight multi-hit game after an 0-for-10 stretch. After a pedestrian month of April, Gimenez is starting to get on-base more often. Gimenez played well for Binghamton in just 37 games last season after a promotion and will look to continue making adjustments to pitching in the upper minors.
