Signs with the Angels. Three years 7.5, but the third year is a club option with a 2M buyout so either 2/17 or 3/22.5 -- a bit short of what MLTBR thought would happen.

And LynchMob ... no not any more since he's in the AL.

An in-joke here but I am out of the loop.

You won't get edified if you click on the link. However, you'll see that he in fact joined a very exclusive group of relievers; a great accomplishment indeed.

A fantastic 2021 with the Mets puts him in position to buy plenty of Busch Lights wherever he winds up.

Prediction: Mets, three years, $27 million

You gonna try to chase/buy them next year?  Asking for a friend ...

Hmmm. That's a pretty good 2 years worth of earnings there.

Mike Puma, handing out grades to the Mets during the break:

Aaron Loup: A

The Mets whiffed on Brad Hand last winter, but appear to have hit the jackpot with the left-hander Loup, who has pitched to a 1.61 ERA in 31 appearances. Quietly, a good addition for the Mets.

Thinking Luchessi becomes the second Lefty/swingman in pen after they sign Bauer and when Thor comes back Peterson will move there too. Barring the inevitable injuries of course.

"The Mets’ predominantly right-handed bullpen has shifted a tad to the left."
