The 2010s were the first decade since the 1910s in which the Yankees did not appear in a World Series.

An intriguing fact: In 1976, there were more SBs in baseball than HRs. No wonder when Dan Okrent and Company were inventing Rotisserie in 1980, they treated HRs and SBs as equal categories.

I don't know about your AL-only, but so far this week there has been one stolen base in the ADL, by Aaron Judge on Monday.
Yesterday alone there were 18 homers.
The top stolen base team has 118. The worst home run team has 180.
Since mid-April the Palukas have been pretty much full in Sweeeny mode (punt power) but the home runs keep coming. They have 89 stolen bases (fourth but with only three more they'd be in second).
It's not like they didn't try to find another rabbit at the trade deadline.
There just weren't any.

One homer shy of joining the club before the All-Star break after two (for him medium) big flies last night.
Yankees have hit 146 homers -- 10 by Judge and Stanton combined -- before the break.

Says the new million-dollar prize for winning the home run derby doesn't interest him. He's earning $700,000 this year.
Man he's been scary in Florida. The homers I've see have all been to the right of center.
