As bright as Hinch reportedly is, I think (from sitting here in Phx) about Josh Byrnes looking to put his Beane/Epstein stamp on the team. Byrnes has been "suggesting" lineup moves to BoMel (who I am neither defending nor attacking, mostly because I have zero interest in the D'Backs) and best guess is that BoMel and his coaches (at least one of whom quit) were saying no thanks.
