I have to keep Hinske Watch rolling. He's been getting regular playing time this past week. In the last six games the man has been knocking the cover off the ball, going 12-for-21 with 2 HR, 9 RBI, 5 2B, 2 BB, 3K. He's slugging 1.095.
The man can't keep it up, but it's awesome to see Hinske go on a tear with some regular playing time. I'd pick him up, but I'm afraid the hot streak will be over by the time I do. |

I'm feeling a little nostalgic for Hinske Watch, so thought I'd throw in that he went 3 for 4 today, scoring a couple of runs against the Tigers. It's spring training, so of course it means little in the scope of things. But thought I'd let 'er rip early. ;) | |
